In 1957 was the year that produced the most recognized car on the planet today.<br />The 1957 Chevy Convertible still carries so much popularity that 45 years later to the day Chevrolet ran an advertising campaign that featured the 57. American history was made along with Don Maclean's American Pie of the pop music classics when Don drove his Chevy to the levee. Today's crowd may not know who Don was but for sure they know he drove his Chevy to the levee.
